Aus has created and evaluated business plans, developed and implemented operational, competitive, and cultural transformation strategies, and worked in and with organizations ranging from startups to non-profits to the federal government.  Aus's official capacities have included consultant, board chairman, team leader, operations manager, project manager, business development advisor, and mechanical engineer. 

 

Aus holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Penn State.

Aus is currently working with the US Department of Energy as Chairman of EERE's Advisory Management Board, an internal innovation think tank reporting to Sr Leadership.
